A series of explainer videos presenting Hyundai's Stripe Monitoring platform, distributed to every official dealer of the brand in France. The audience is not a customer to win over: it is a network that has to come out able to use the tool and manage its sales.
What we were given. We recorded the narration for a series of explainer videos about Hyundai's Stripe Monitoring platform. They show dealers how to use the tool and manage their sales.
A long script is not read. These videos run several minutes. On that kind of format, the risk is switching to autopilot: the voice reads the text, the pace flattens and the person being trained drops out. That is why we work to keep a real intention to explain from beginning to end.
Articulating without slowing down. The content is technical, so every piece of information has to stay perfectly clear. But slowing down too much makes the training heavy. We have to find the balance: articulate enough to be understood, settle enough to be followed, and keep the pace to hold attention to the end.
A voice that knows its subject. That is essential on this kind of project. The voice must not sound like it is simply reading a procedure. It has to carry it with enough ease that the content feels easier to follow. Like a teacher who knows the lesson well enough to really explain it.
A voice in the service of learning. At the end of the video there is a dealer in front of a screen who has to know how to use the platform. We put the voice entirely at the service of that training: clear, steady and present, without ever taking over from the content.
Describe your project in three lines. We reply the same day with a recommendation and a clear quote.
