Five modules to train the teams. We recorded five internal training videos, hosted on Nike Contracts, the client's learning platform. The goal is to train staff on various contract procedures, in modules several minutes long each.
Holding attention over a long format. An e-learning module is not played like a thirty-second spot. Over several minutes, the risk is falling into a flat read, where the voice runs through the script instead of actually explaining it. That is the famous autopilot mode. We aim for the opposite: clean articulation, a natural pace and a performance alive enough to carry the learner from start to finish.
Explaining like someone who knows the subject. That is an important nuance on this kind of project. The voice must not sound like it is discovering the text as it reads it. It has to carry the information with enough ease that everything feels clear and within reach. It is the difference between the teacher who reads the lesson and the one who lives it.
When narration turns into role play. The modules do not just present the procedures: some situations are acted out. The voice changes register then. It stops narrating and plays a part, a character. The whole point was making those exchanges believable without overplaying them, so the voice stays natural and always serves the learning.
Describe your project in three lines. We reply the same day with a recommendation and a clear quote.
